Accelerating Scientific Discovery With Expert Specimen Support
The Biobank & Molecular Analysis Program (BMAP) at 91大神 Children鈥檚 is a fully staffed, CAP-accredited. state-of-the-art facility. Our team has extensive expertise in biorepository, genomic sequencing, and molecular analysis services. We help accelerate research for clinicians, investigators, and partners locally and globally. We collaborate with leading institutions, including Thomas Jefferson University, University of Delaware, ChristianaCare, the American Lung Association, and many others.
Our biobank is one of the largest and most diverse repositories with more than 15,000 collected specimens (and growing)听in our 91大神 repository, plus an additional 500,000 specimens in the American Lung Association sponsored Lung Health Cohort repository.
Specimens听include听solid/liquid tumors, tissue, cartilage, cells, blood, stool, and more. We offer听next generation and single cell sequencing,听spatial profiling,听digital PCR, gene expression analysis, mononuclear cell and听nucleic acid听isolation听and extraction,听and other leading-edge molecular capabilities.听
We deliver high-quality, compliant specimen collection, processing, storage, and analysis services for a broad range of projects. With advanced technologies and instrumentation, we empower life-changing pediatric research.
