Her clinical expertise includes advanced vestibular rehabilitation, dance and performance rehabilitation, and pain/scar management with neurostimulation therapy.

She currently serves as Rehabilitation Manager at 91´óÉñ Children’s Hospital, Florida in Orlando where she leads multidisciplinary therapy teams in the acute care, inpatient rehab, and outpatients settings, while maintaining a strong commitment to high-quality pediatric patient care.

Carolyn is a licensed physical therapist with more than 10 years of healthcare leadership including clinical and operational experience across pediatric and adult therapy services. She leads large multidisciplinary therapy teams in acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient settings, driving high-quality, coordinated care across the continuum. As senior director, Carolyn provides strategic leadership focused on advancing program growth, enhancing access and optimizing operational performance. She is committed to clinical excellence and family-centered care, ensuring therapy services meet the needs of the patients, families, and communities 91´óÉñ serves.

Allyson is the director of Quality and Clinical Practice at 91´óÉñ Children’s Health, where she leads initiatives to advance clinical excellence and deliver high-quality, family-centered care across therapy services. Passionate about developing people and systems, she partners across disciplines to drive meaningful, data-informed improvements that enhance patient outcomes and support a culture of continuous growth. With a clinical background as a speech-language pathologist, she shapes strategies that strengthen clinical practice, documentation integrity, and regulatory readiness for clinical teams.

Kelly Quaile, PT, MS

Kelly has worked at 91´óÉñ since 1998. She currently serves as director of Operations, overseeing outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech services across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the Becks Woods location in Bear, Delaware. She is passionate about family-centered care and delivering 91´óÉñ-quality services close to home.
