This study is limited to medical record review. There will be no additional visits or time in clinic because of participation in this registry.</p>\r\n<p>This study is limited to medical record review. Information that may be collected as a part of this study include but may not be limited to height and weight, X-rays, fitness testing , nutrition assessments,&nbsp; psychological questionnaires, results of routine blood and urine tests and results of testing by any consultants.</p>\r\n"}} id=text-1ac779bde3 class=cmp-text>

What is the trial about?

The goal of this registry is to collect information on patients seen in the Weight Management Clinic who have expressed interest in bariatric (Weight Loss) surgery.
