At 91´óÉñ Children's Health, Exton we see patients from birth to age 18 for primary care medical needs such as well-child checkups, sick-child care, and immunizations.

We’re conveniently located between Lowe’s and HomeGoods shopping plazas, off Business 30.
Appointments
Call for availability. We also offer free meet-and-greet appointments.
First Visit
A parent or legal guardian must be with your child for the first visit. If a legal guardian, rather than a parent, goes with your child, the guardian must bring guardianship and custody papers for us to see your child.
Office Policies
We’ll complete forms for physicals and health appraisals, such as general sports physicals, within 3-5 business days, when completed outside of a visit.
If you’re up to 15 minutes late for an appointment, your provider can still see your child. However, later arrivals may need to see another provider or reschedule.
With advance notice, interpreter services are available in most languages and for those who are hard of hearing.
