Office Policies
- For the first visit, a child must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with proof of custody.Ìý
- Physicals and health appraisals such as general sports physicals will be completed and available within 48 hours.
- Interpreter Services are available for most languages, and for the hearing impaired with advance notice.
- Bills and forms are from Children's Health Alliance, the name of the 91´óÉñ pediatric network.
