Get to Know Me

I have dedicated my entire professional career to working in Genetics at 91´óÉñ. What I find most rewarding is the diversity within the field, coupled with the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients and their families. I take great joy in supporting children and their families throughout the full span of pediatric care — from the moment of a new diagnosis in the prenatal period or infancy through to young adulthood.

Currently I am the director of Physician Assistants at 91´óÉñ Childrens Hospital, Delaware and an assistant professor at Jefferson College of Health Profession.

My educational background:

  • Bachelor of Science in Biology from Elizabethtown College, 2003
  • Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Arcadia University, 2007
  • Master of Science in Public Health, 2007

Why I Treat Children

During my clinical training as a physician assistant, I found myself naturally drawn to pediatrics. I am inspired by the curiosity children bring to the world and their remarkable ability to remain confident and cheerful. It’s truly special how children can brighten our days simply by being themselves.

What I'm Passionate About

I am deeply committed to providing whole child health for each patient, focusing not only on their physical health, but also on the emotional and social well-being of the child and entire family. I believe in supporting the entire family, recognizing that their needs are an essential part of the child’s overall care.

How I Try to Make A Difference

My goal is to care for each child as if they were my own. I strive to ensure that every child and family feels truly heard, understood, and supported. It’s important to me that families leave each visit with their questions fully answered and a clear and confident understanding of the care plan.
