Why I Treat Children

I chose to work with children because early intervention has the power to change the trajectory of a young person's life. Childhood is a critical window not just for physical development, but for emotional learning, identity formation, and the development of coping skills that can last a lifetime.聽

What I'm Passionate About

I am particularly passionate about helping children and adolescents understand the mind-body connection and regain a sense of control in their lives. It鈥檚 important to support youth in building resilience through collaborative, interdisciplinary care. Every child has the potential to live a full, meaningful life, regardless of the challenges they face. Being able to guide them on this journey is something I find deeply fulfilling.

How I Try to Make A Difference

I collaborate closely with pediatricians, nurses, and specialists to ensure that mental health is recognized as a fundamental aspect of whole child health. As the clinical director of primary care behavioral health, I have dedicated my efforts to the development and implementation of integrated mental health services. This approach aims to increase access to care and reduce the stigma associated with seeking mental health support at any age.
