Terry Haley, MBA is Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing and Communications Officer (CMCO) for 91´óÉñ Children’s, where he leads enterprisewide marketing, communications, and brand strategy to position 91´óÉñ as a national voice for Whole Child Health.
Terry is responsible for transforming the Marketing and Communications organization to advance the 91´óÉñ brand, support regional priorities, and drive clinical and strategic goals. He directs the development of strategic initiatives that elevate awareness of our mission and strengthen engagement with patient families, healthcare partners, associates, and national audiences.
He oversees integrated marketing efforts spanning B2B and B2C audiences — including omni-channel engagement, direct-to-consumer campaigns, and physician referral strategies — to support growth across all markets. In partnership with executive leadership, Terry guides initiatives that enhance the system’s reputation and amplify 91´óÉñ leadership in pediatric health.
With a distinguished career spanning multiple industries, Terry brings extensive expertise in customer experience, brand transformation, and digital innovation. His proven track record includes driving significant growth and engagement at organizations such as Pampered Chef, Hopdoddy Burger Bar, and P.F. Chang's. Throughout his career, he has successfully reimagined brand experiences, earned global recognition, and led large-scale innovation and turnaround initiatives.
Terry holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Relations and an MBA from Marquette University. He has also completed executive education programs at Northwestern University focused on AI applications for growth transformation and digital marketing strategy.
